We have been in the transcription business since 1990, changing and adapting with technological advances. When we first opened we worked with cassette tapes and were limited to our immediate geographical area.
With the growth of the internet and digital recording capabilities we are now able to offer our services both locally and globally.
Providing quality transcripts is our highest goal. We do this by hiring only the best transcriptionists we can find, all based in the United States. We put all of our applicants through a rigorous screening process which includes testing, reference checking, et cetera, and continuously hold them to our extremely high standards through our quality assurance process. We also offer fast turnaround because that is important to our customers. We pride ourselves on our reliability and great customer service.
Outsourcing your transcription needs to us saves you time and money. You simply dictate your work into a digital recorder or digitally record your interviews and then you upload your digital audo file to us for processing at your convenience and on your schedule. You only use our services on an as-needed basis. You do not have to hire an additional employee to handle your transcription needs. You never pay for employee idleness or downtime, sick days, vacation days, family leave, et cetera. We are available for your convenience when you need us. No retainer is required. You also do not have to pay any of our employee taxes or health benefits. We are a vendor doing business for you as such.
We offer straightforward pricing of $1.75 per audio minute for our standard turnaround, which is usually two days or less, or $2.00 per audio minute for 24-hour or less turnaround. Multiple speakers and same-day turnaround is a slightly higher rate. But we do not grade tapes and charge based on your tape quality as is the policy of some services.
