Site Plans

Pioneer Drafting Services has been involved in many projects requiring site plans. Each plan consists of full property boundary lines, all structures and other significant features that currently exist on that land (house, garage, fence, domestic well, etc), street locations and names and contour lines (index and intermediate, if necessary).

For the civil and geo-technical sector, we have generated site maps documenting soil sample, percolation and mantle test location information, quarterly groundwater contour diagrams, site drawings pertaining to foundation and retaining wall placement and design and environmental assessment maps for erosion control reports.

For our clients in the environmental and biological fields, we have created site maps recording dominant vegetation community types and potential impact areas as well as wetlands delineation maps.

For general contractors and homeowners we prepare comprehensive site maps as a required part of your residential home design plan set. In addition to the standard site information, the locations of all proposed structures (residence, garage, deck, etc) will be properly detailed.
