If you are looking for weekend transcription services, please simply Upload your files for transcription now.  Give us a brief description in the notes section of how you would prefer your speakers be identified (Q & A, initials, or something else).  Also, be sure to include if you want ums, uhs, repeated words, et cetera.   We will promptly start processing your transcription request.  You will be able to set your own due date and time when you set the job up, so we will know exactly when you would like your job returned to you.  We will do our best to meet or exceed your expectations.

Why Do We Offer Weekend Transcription Services?

We have found that the world today does not run on a 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday schedule, and that many times people need transcription projects completed over the weekend for many different reasons.  Perhaps you were just able to land an important interview and need it transcribed quickly so that you can begin writing a news story for publication or to work on a marketing presentation to present to your client on Monday.  There are many reasons why you may need something transcribed over the weekend.

With this in mind, we have several United States based (always) transcriptionists available to transcribe over the weekends.  Several of our transcriptionists are working to earn extra income, so they want to work weekends.  Some are working as they students or stay-at-home moms, and weekend work is an ideal situation for their schedule.

Offering this service makes it as easy for you as possible.  Simply use one of the many upload links available throughout our website and get your order processing.  If you are a new client, we will create an invoice and send you instructions on paying this by credit card so that we can further process your transcription request.

Our regular rates still apply during the weekends, which are simple and straightforward.  $1.75 per audio minute for 2 day or less turnaround (how quickly depends on how busy we are), or $2.00 for 24-hour or less turnaround.  The turnaround time is based on 60 minutes or less of audio.  If you have more than 60 minutes of audio, the turnaround will be slightly longer.
